Been here a few times and i promised myself 4 years ago I'd never step foot in this place again , but the right car turned up and I thought stuff it I'll give it ago .My reservation hadn't gone through so luckily the car was still there and it wasn't entirely wasted trip , then the salesman was the most arrogant individual I've met in a long time , like I was blessed to meet him and it's a privilege to use his time , made us wait best part of 30 minutes so he could look at my part ex , no apology , no telling any information abouts happens or going to happen or why then offered me a really low offer on my car which again I expected. To top it off I have a wife and daughter who's 1 , I'm looking to buy a car which is sporty for me and family friendly for my little one and my wife , we asked for a test drive which we then got told we couldn't go out alone which I couldn't get my head around as the last thing you want is someone you don't know sitting in the passenger seat while you're trying to discuss pros and cons , he then told us only I'm allowed to test drive with him and my partner and daughter are not allowed in the vehicle , how on this sweet ball we call earth am I supposed to figure out if the car is useable for family if I can't put my family in it .Awful place , awful people with an awful ethos I don't understand how companies of this size can just dismiss customers like little , 23k better spent else where . Waste of 3 hours . Rant over
Over two days we met with two different sales staff, Keith and Richard...no this is not a Rolling Stones pun! Both were very professional and efficient. Also there was no pressure from either of them to buy...we did buy and now await our car next week. Thanks and well done

Very pleased with my recent experience buying a car here. I found the whole experience to be streets ahead of any car sales company I have previously used. I'd been looking for the right car for several months and had already discarded some because I didn't like the sales approach. At Fords, I was given the keys and allowed to go over the car at my leisure. I found my sales person, David Hodkinson, to be polite, courteous and willing to answer my million questions. I had other cars to go see but didn't bother. I had reason to contact David again after the sale and he was very helpful. All in all a very nice experience.
