Not a pleasure to deal with at all. They did everything wrong all the way through and then didn't even pay me for the vehicle at the end. I had to phone to complain to get my money. Rude awful staff!!!

Drove from Manchester yesterday to view a couple of cars was asked if I had an apt which I didn't, they rang through & was asked to put a hi vis on..from the guy in the office (didnt get his name)to John (young lad) I've got to say it was 5 star, John himself was THE most helpful guy took us all around looking at a couple of cars & pointing out a couple of others - an asset to the company customer friendly with a great attitude, fingers crossed I win the bid now lol...don't be put off & yes they are damaged cars on auction clearly states this - if you want new you need a showroom! Thanks John your a diamond
