Rip off , tried to charge me 80 to program a key fob , when they knew l had my original fob and key to my car I was going to pay it till a friend of mine told me if you have the original key you can do it yourself and it tells you in the Ford manuals which I didn't have at the time but Dickenson Ford dealers would have known this so to turn the key in the ignition four or 5 times and press the key fob which I was supplying they wanted to charge me 80 quid...! I was thinking about having my next new car from there but I will definitely giving them a wide berth now
