Sorry but was not happy at the service I received when taking my puppy yesterday. The vet made no effort with him at all, was rough with his ear when I told her that he was in pain, then complains because he wouldn't sit still! Poor attitude towards a young puppy in pain; can only hope iit hasn't turned him off vets. The receptionist wasn't friendly either, just complained that my pup caused too much noise as he was shaking his head due to ear infection and causing his collar to jingle! Will be complaining and not going back.
Lovely caring nursing staff and thoughtful receptionists. David the vet always puts my dog at ease and treats him so gently that a normally painful procedure isn't. Highly recommend this practice
