I hardly ever leave reviews unless deserved!! Well done to Supersavers Winsford and Emma the optician who is just wonderful and worth her weight in gold!! I have a few eye issues and Emma is just so thorough and understanding and I am lucky to have her as my optician! the staff are just lovely and just as caring! I was asked upon leaving my eye test if I would like a free MOT on my glasses!! super service and so impressed!! Well done to all at Supersavers Winsford!!!

Very poor experience. Following an eye test received glasses that were worse than the ones being replaced. I was told to let them bed in in for a couple of weeks. If they were correct in the first instance you would be able to see the difference immediately right? Returning to the shop, had another eye test to check the prescription - no change, but asked to leave it a little longer. The big high street stores are just not geared for after sales service. No refund to date and life is too short so in they bin they went. Following a test with a local reputable optician I now have a set of glasses that are perfect and confirmed that the prescription by specsavers was not correct. I asked to be removed from specsavers reminders and marketing mails and so far not complied. Privacy policy under GDPR is not up to date.
Been going here for years. Always seen promptly the staff are helpful and friendly. They will adjust your glasses if they don't fit correctly once you get home.
