I cannot comment on the quality of the dentists as I didn't get that far. I arrived 10 minutes early for my appointment to be told they had cancelled the appointment. Rather than text, email or call me they sent a letter the day before the appoinment. No reason given, just a total waste of time. Whoever runs this organisation is incompetent.
Dentists are nice but the queuing is ridiculous! You will on average be seen by the dentist 20 minutes after your scheduled appointment.
My dentist is amazing!No flannel, just the facts, as we would understand.Always assuring that myself, or my kids, are not in any discomfort whilst procedures are ongoing.Only good things to say when your kids ask when are we going back?
I have had nothing but good experiences at this dentist. Today was no different apart from taking my children for a check up. Christopher was brilliant with my very nervous 6 year old, talked him through everything, kept reassuring him and made what could of been a nightmare a very positive experience.. Would definatly recommend this practice to others.
