They are always cheerful, helpful and polite.Always offer a cuppa and a biscuit , comfy seating area , with things to keep kids engaged. But mostly, they never treat women as though they are stupid (even if I am where cars are concerned ) and they never overcharge . They just do a brilliant job at a fair price. After feeling 'ripped off ' by other garages for years, I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else now . Score out of 10 = a big , fat 10. Thank you. H Hill x
